Bank of China - Bukit Merah

I waited for slightly more than 2 hours on a Saturday. Despite the long waiting time, I was met and greeted by a lovely banker, Aw Bee Woon, who greeted warmly and was really patient and helpful with all the queries I had. She took time to sort all our needs and made sure we had everything settled. Not sure if the outlet is understaffed; aside to the waiting time, if could give Bee Woon 6 stars, I would!! She definitely deserves more.

Bank of China Tiong Bahru branch staff and the security officer is the most friendly and comfortable bank contact I ever met. The queue is long waiting but the experience with the security officer and counter is really comfortable and approachable, they are just like a friend next door! I enjoy my banking with BOC Tiong Bahru branch. I hope they will stay open and remain these staff as long as possible!

The Chinese lady security police is a great asset to your bank. She is the pleasantness that greet every customers at the door. She deserve greater recognition than just security!
