The manager Ms Hoi San is the best service person I have ever encountered from a bank. I met her a year ago and she is now promoted. She still remains consistent, very service oriented. She understands questions very well, have a great humble attitude Throughout my liaison, she was excellent. She even communicates back to me a few times for the technical questions I had as a new customer. Please support her for bank solutions. Kudos to OCBC for having such a knowledgeable and dedicated personnel.
All the staff is attending the customer immediately and try to solve the issue quickly.
