Tiong Bahru Bakery

Plan to have roasted beef croissant but sold out at 11 am. Then I ordered a mushroom croissant. Croissant is fantastic with fluffy puff pastry. The seasoning of mushroom filling is special, including cheese and sauerkraut (I guess). Iced latte is average. They have great washroom inside haha.

Their croissant is a classic, but they offer way more than that. Would usually come here for their croissants and sandwiches, but this time we had the vanilla flan and financier. The flan had a nice flavour, not too sweet, but a little on the dense side. Their financier is nice and crispy on the outside, moist on the inside. Hopefully they'll make the classic one without the nuts. Both pastries are perfect with their coffee.

I love the ambience. The pastry selections will make you confused to choose as all look delish. They have souvernirs too. I got myself a cute tote bag. Dont miss it when in Singapore.
