My first time here, opted for takeaway and haven’t tried the pastries that I bought yet, but had to leave a note first to give A+ kudos to the store manager Andrew! He was super kind in engaging with convo, offering his recommendations and seemed really sincere in serving customers. Even mentioned he was collecting feedback on what customers think of the pastries/food. Definitely was not expecting such attentive service from a big chain :) Was a pleasant surprise.
Overall, great dine in experience for a first timer patronising this outlet. Although was just there for just a short sip of chocolate drink and a slice of cake, the supervisor was welcoming and explained to my other half the on going promotions that they were having. Ambience of the cafe was cozy with many seats available. Cake was delicious! Perfect for tea time.
Newly launched but I haven't been there yet. Had their Christmas-themed cake at home and finds it really delicious. My bro and his wife are great fans of this stall.
