Wonderful food, service and ambience. A place to return. Do try the shepherd’s pie with crispy crust and tasty moist shredded beef. The apple & rhubarb custard pie is beautifully served with great taste. Another piece of visual and gourmet art is the Shakshouka flat bread. Try the above and come to a place where the co-workers say thank you to each other.
Have heard about their bakes and finally got to try it today! It certainly lives up to the hype. Their Spanish pie is the best seller. Crust was perfect and the beef was marinated beautifully. The shakshouka is amazing too. Tomato base was tangy and it there was so much going on in the palette.
Good sourdough and pies! I like the vibe of the cafe. We had the lemon morel pasta and it was not bad. However, do expect to wait to dine-in if crowded due to a small dine-in area.
