Wet wipes they give out are free, no charge. Don’t worry about being charged. Even though it has a queue, it moves fast because they have a system in place. There’s also a signboard to give you an estimate waiting time. Pork slides off the bone easily. Soup is on the peppery side. The staff will come round to refill your soups more than once.

Good comfort food in the middle of cold and rainy Singapore weather. Bak kut teh is served piping hot, and you get free soup refills. Staff is delightful. They call me Xiao Jie. :)

Food is gd. Thumbs up for the soup. I would like to compliment the great service provided by Ms Chan. She is very attentive and helpful. She is also courteous and very responsive.
