The restaurant uses the freshest ingredients paired with a relish for simple cooking styles. The service is excellent, and it seems personalized when you get your table, and you can even view the kitchen staff preparing your favorite xiao long bao. The dish selection is never too rich or heavy on the palate, and there is a fresh welcome given the increasing preference for good cooking. They have a queue ticketing system in place now and will call you when it's your turn. The restaurant has since built a huge fan following with its famous signature Xiao Long Baos, Steamed Chicken Soup, and Fried Rice with Shrimps & Eggs among many popular favorites.

Dai Lou is a Cantonese family-style restaurant at Marina Country Club that proudly features a wide array of traditional Zi char selections and sumptuous new creations if you are feeling adventurous. The restaurant boasts a stunning Punggol waterfront view with indoor and outdoor seating. Dai Lou restaurant serves up some very hone feel and great food. The restaurant thematically parallels the gangs seen in classic Hong Kong action movies. Try their Thai-style pork knuckle, XO noodle, mixed vegetable, and fried chicken. If you visit the place alone, you can get a filling meal by ordering a bowl of fried rice or noodle for about $6-8.

The staff is friendly and attentive to help in reheating the foods when it get cooled. They served the food considered fast at a reasonable price.
