The Herbal soup was very tasty and very balanced (not too sweet)! Very generous portions of meat. Pig trotter was also big with a lot of meat! Liver and Kidney was also thick cut, which gave it a good bite and rich in taste, not the paper thin kind like other BKT shops. Special mention goes to the vegetables (like Mui Choy) which were braised and had a splash of pig trotter sauce on it. Very different from the usual salted vegetables other BKT shops serve, really delicious when you eat it with rice. Lastly, Like the other reviews mentioned, owner was super friendly and nice! Highly recommended!!
Passby this stall when i am searching for BKT. Totally forgot what is Hokkien BKT taste like until i try it.. Oh its Herbal BKT. The type where you normally find in JB. This stall BKT is very nice as compared to those normal peppery watery type found in SG. Give it a try and you know what i mean. Surely will visit again. Pork trotter have alot of meat unlike others selling you bone.
Pig trotters was well cooked and the sauce very flavourful. Good amount of meat for the price. Came with one bowl of tasty herbal soup.
