Quick Lane

I have been going to Quick Lane to service my car for a number of years. They offer professional services similar to and even surpassing those offered by the distributor where I purchased my car. And their pricing is not much higher than those offered by other workshops. Their consultant, Lam Jiajie, is very courteous, patient and efficient. He will not push unnecessary services and I always ask for him.

I really appreciate the professionalism of the Customer Service Advisor Mr Lam Jiale. He has been up to the mark in customer service and took care of my car and prompt in providing me updates. I send my car to Quick Lane a year ago and Mr Lam JieLe is my service adviser. In recent months, my car starts giving me some problems, and each time i send my car to Quick Lane, I am very satisfied with the service standard Mr Lam rendered. He is always very friendly and helpful. He will promptly update me once the problem is diagnosed, and get the faulty parts repaired to minimise my down time. I gave him a 5 stars rating because he is efficient, know his job well and is good with customers service.
