Mova Automotive

I parked my car and realized that my break lights were still on though I locked my car. I've been sending my cars to Mova for a couple of years now, so I called the mechanic (Luqman) who's normally in touch with me. I was surprised when he picked up and addressed me by my name. Though it's a saturday and he's not in the workshop, he told me that I could go to the workshop and his colleague (Chong) would assist me. I drove down and the repair was immediately done, they had the spare part and I was out in less than 15 minutes. Excellent and professional service with a smile! Highly recommended.

Did a third party claim here. Service was quick and painless. Work done is of high quality. Pleased by the level of service by the claims department.

Went to file an accident claim at 08:30am. Avril was very professional and polite. Got everything done in 15 mins and a follow-up email in w hours as well.
