My Midea aircon had a leakage. On 2nd Oct I contacted Midea customer service and the next day (yesterday) the contractor Easy Cool Engineering contacted me for appointment. They managed to squeeze in an appointment for today which I am very happy. Aung and John conducted the servicing and explained the process very professionally. After the servicing, my aircon unit worked well. I am very pleased with their prompt service and efficiency. Not to say, I would definitely recommend them to all Midea customers.
Alamin & Sohel came to my unit for the aircon installation on 12 Jan 2026. Both are very friendly and professional, ensure the house is clean and tidy before they leave. Definable will recommend for their services!
