Hi Upali, thank you for all yoga sessions which are more energetic and joyful. Thank you so much for your instruction and wonderful, calm, kind manner of teaching, which made it a joy to be there. It was really nice to see how you genuinely enjoy teaching and the pleasure you get from sharing your knowledge with others .

Upali is a great yoga instructor. I really enjoy her classes . Each class is so thoughtfully constructed ,which includes variety of poses and movements. She communicates so well which makes us feel very comfortable and active during class .
