Nice yoga place with great instructors, who are very patient to beginners. There is flow and mobility yoga which helps in opening up the body and eases the tension. Definitely a great place to recommend.l for yoga learners.
Ohm Santih is a place close to my heart as it is here that my journey as a yoga teacher started. It's where I still call home for the many friendships I've forged and the opportunity to continue learning.
I'm grateful that I find OhmShanti yoga, they have experienced/passionate yoga instructors that will inspires you to continue to learn. Love their small class size that allow more individual attention. With yoga practice, I wish to be on my way to be calmer, more self-confident myself! Very good place for yoga learners.
