I have been with Yoga Connections since 2011 and have enjoyed every bit since. Michelle is a great yoga teacher and has a lovely personality! She conducts her classes professionally and passionately. She tailors her classes to meet her students capabilities, and also respects individual's physical limitations where needed. She is always motivating her students to do better in her own gentle ways.
Great place to learn yoga! Instructor Michelle is very encouraging & approachable. I realised that doing yoga builds core muscles and reduces aches and pain. Come and try!
I am a long time student at Yoga Connections. Since 2012. Michelle is an excellent teacher who plans the training according to the physical capacity and limitations of the students.
