Yoga Connections

I have been with Yoga Connections since 2011 and have enjoyed every bit since. Michelle is a great yoga teacher and has a lovely personality! She conducts her classes professionally and passionately. She tailors her classes to meet her students capabilities, and also respects individual's physical limitations where needed. She is always motivating her students to do better in her own gentle ways.

I had a wonderful experience practicing Hatha yoga at yoga connections with Antony Loy sir. All the classes were well designed and curated. He is very kind and professional. The workouts made me witness a smooth physical and mental transformation towards better health and peaceful mind.

Great place to learn yoga! Instructor Michelle is very encouraging & approachable. I realised that doing yoga builds core muscles and reduces aches and pain. Come and try!
