Came across this studio when I was searching for pilates studio in the east. Went for the 1 reformer and 2 yoga trial class. I love the classes as they really make you work out, not those go with the flow type. The difficulty is adjusted by the trainer based on your ability. Nice environment too. Will definitely recommend.
