Jal Yoga

It’s was a wonderful experience at Jal yoga studio! The space is clean, well-maintained, and creates a calming atmosphere perfect for practice. The instructors are highly skilled and pay close attention to detail, offering clear guidance and adjustments to help students improve their alignment. Their hands-on approach ensures that everyone practices safely and gets the most out of each session.

I joined Jal Yoga recently and has been travel to different Studio. The Instructor at Jal are very professional and skilled, especially Eddy Su, he is detailed and gave clear instructions. I enjoy the class. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Overall experience has been good.

I attended a spine flexibility workshop, conducted by yoga teacher Azad. There are so much I learnt in the two hours of training. Azad's instructions are easy to understand and follow, and he is extremely patient too! Thank you for the wonderful session.
