Jal Yoga

I recently started attending yoga classes at as a beginner, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The instructors are incredibly skilled, patient, and supportive, making every session enjoyable and accessible for beginners like me. The instructors took the time to guide us through each pose, ensuring proper alignment and technique, all while fostering a supportive and encouraging environment. I appreciate the well-structured classes that cater to varying skill levels, allowing beginners like me to progress at our own pace. The ambiance of the studio is calming and serene, enhancing the overall yoga experience. I always look forward to my classes and leave feeling both physically and mentally rejuvenated.

As someone who lives in woodlands, I was very happy to find out there was a yoga studio here. It's a small studio which only has 1 class at a time. The classes are great! I'm a total beginner but the instructor ensured I could keep up. I get such a good workout here. The admin staff also helped with finding the best package and is very friendly. The only downside is that my package can only be used in woodlands so i can't try other outlets and the weekday night classes get fully booked really fast.

Staff was very informative and patient when explaining and answering inquiries. instructors were also patient and helpful with guidance throughout the session. studio was also big and clean. recommended !
