Jal Yoga

Very nice yoga class. They offered a free trial. The class was easy to follow and the instructor was really friendly and would help correct us into better positions and would also look at the class and modify the pace if we could not keep up anymore. Highly recommend for destressing and overall wellness. They have a lot of classes offered too!

Attended the trial class and decided to sign up for the package. The yoga instructors are very friendly and patient and helped to correct our postures, which is very helpful to me as we’re new to yoga. We enjoyed every session!

I have just attended 3-4 classes till now and I already like the place. The instructors are very experienced. They correct the posture whenever you are going wrong. After each class you feel much relaxed and stress free.
