Elemit Yoga

I love this studio and especially Master Amit. I have been experiencing pain in my lower back for many years probably due to housework. Master Amit has helped me feel younger and stronger in my back. It was hard for me to decide weather I should go for yoga or not and which studio and instructor would be beneficial since I was worried that the wrong type of exercise would aggravate my pain. But Master Amit is gentle and understands my limits. Definitely will continue my practice here and will recommend this studio for safe and quality yoga classes.

Love the atmosphere, yogis mate bonding and loves the instructor’s guidance very much not to forget the music playing when practising yoga is so comfy.
