My Son of 22 years with ASD condition has improved alot in regulating his emotions and his overall behaviours since he started “ Yoga for Special Child” Class with instructor Ms Krisa 3 mths ago. Ms Krisa is very patient and is very good in able to build connection with my son . And she has also helped him build confidence and self esteem and reduce anxiety in him. My son loves Ms Krisa ‘s class and he is always looking forward to his weekly yoga class with Ms Krisa. Highly recommended for parents with special needs !

Super friendly and kind instructors! Class size is small, which means that they are able to give us enough attention to correct our poses, or even suggest alternatives to suit our skill level. Super beginner friendly, classes start on time and all yoga equipment are provided. Will recommend others to try this out!

I was initially nervous to attend a prenatal yoga class because I didn't know what to expect. But Krisa was so kind and friendly I immediately felt at ease. The class size is small which makes it more relaxing compared to a crowded one. I look forward to the next class! Would definitely recommend mummies to try them out
