Contours Express Women's Gym Yishun

Had a fantastic experience at Contour Express Yishun Branch. My trainer Keshna is very kind, encouraging & helpful as well. She provided clear explanations on how to use the various workout machines as well as other exercises & diet advices as well. Shes very friendly & warm as well. A truly safe space haven where i do not feel intimidated by others. Wonderful experience indeed.

This is my first experience as a gym member. I really enjoy doing my routine exercise. The environment is good. The place is clean and neat. But most importantly the instructor, Kesh, is very experienced, approachable and friendly. Thank you .

Kash was a wonderful instructor, she was really careful with my routine and through her actions, motivates me to gym. With such great staff and a wide variety of equipment, it is a really nice place for women like myself to work out and work towards a fitter life.
