Have been attending the Pilates reformer class at this centre for a few months now. The centre has a very peaceful and calming view. The instructors are also very knowledgeable and will correct your form to ensure proper muscle activation and also safety. A perfect place for me to spend my mornings productively.
I have been attending the yoga classes for more than 6 months, Is wonderful that i've found a yoga practice i enjoy. The awesome ambience and a good trainer can make all the difference. Yesterday, fragrance oil spray at the end of the class led me to a relaxed and energetic morning. Sat 8am is my favourite class.
Instructor Pamela is friendly and nice! The class started with proper warm up. The view is great. Highly recommended!
