My first pilates studio and absolutely love it. It’s a small class, so the instructors are able to attend to each person. Pace is good - not too quick. Some other studio can be quick and aching but bhumi is slightly slower pace but focus more on techniques. Depends on your preference basically. But the plus point is where the studio is located at - the venue is soooo *zen* and I love the overall ambience!!

Jessie provided a clear explanation and demonstration. She is with me that makes me feel safe when first time doing an inversion. Good work out to build arm strength on top of Regular yoga.

Went for pilates with bands and aerial yoga lessons here via classpass and I absolutely cannot feel my legs and arms after each class. Both are great workouts led by encouraging instructors who push you to do your best.
