Align Studio

I have decided to step out from my comfort zone to take Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) Singapore with Align Studio. Initially I was not very confident if I can do well to be a training. But with Gajju and his team guidance, I really see a different perspective of what yoga is, how to do the pose properly, and how to be a good teacher. One big learning for me is that be mindful about your body, especially where everyone has different body structure. Do the poses where your body allows you. You can challenge yourself, but challenge it without getting injured. Really enjoy the YTT session and I really learn a lot from it. Recommended

Spacious studio that uses Lululemon mats. Enjoyed how the instructor made me feel welcomed and safe during my first class at the studio. Instructor was very knowledgeable and professional as well in guiding us for the inversion practice!

Attended the Inversion class with Gajju this morning and learnt new things! Studio is clean, spacious and very well designed with good natural lights. The starter pack for new students are very good value too!
