Our visit to West Coast Vetcare was fantastic. The nursing staff are incredibly friendly and approachable, we didn't have to wait long to see Dr. Heng. Dr. Heng himself is exceptionally patient, friendly, and helpful. We visited to get our dog vaccinated for overseas travel, specifically for rabies. Dr. Heng recommended we do the rabies titer test at another clinic because they also need to send the blood samples there for testing. It could help us to save some money as well. We'll definitely return to this vet in the future. Thank you for the excellent service!.

Brought my pet cat to visit West Coast Vetcare for an initial checkup and then a follow-up dental treatment. Doctor Heng Fuxian was very patient and professional when checking in on my cat, and was very clear in his explanation of symptoms and treatment options. The team of nurses were very friendly and approachable too. Highly recommended, no qualms coming back here again if needed.

Professional vet clinic. Doctor and staff are professional and service oriented. Dr Melvin will take the extra effort to explain clearly on the possible diagnosis. The rates are fair and reasonable.
