My pet parrot, Cotton, was in a sudden and very critical condition, requiring emergency attention. We arrived at the clinic 25 minutes before closing after walking in without an appointment. On the way, I called to request assistance. At first, the receptionist insisted that the clinic was full and that we would need to make an appointment. However, I managed to convey the urgency of the situation, and thankfully, both the receptionist and the vet on duty agreed to see Cotton. Upon arrival, the vet immediately brought Cotton in to check for his pulse. Unfortunately, by the time we reached the clinic, Cotton had already stopped breathing. Despite this outcome, my family and I are deeply grateful for the compassion and professionalism shown by both the vet and the receptionist. They were extremely empathetic, helpful, and provided guidance on how to handle Cotton’s remains, which has brought us comfort during this difficult time.
My dog was in a terrible state, towards his end of life and Dr Felise has been very understanding and compassionate and given us the support needed in this difficult time as well as space to be with our furbaby in his last journey in life. Thank you for the much needed assistance and sympathy during this last hour of his life.
I have a really good experience bringing my cockatiel for beak filing and nails clip . Dr Lynn is so well versed with birds and I really feel very comfortable having her to see my birds as good avian vet are hard to find in Singapore.
