Visited this vet a few times after moving into our new home. Our little rootbeer was v well taken care of by doctor Mark who was so kind and compassionate with animals. He follows up thoroughly and even remember her quirks. He was v attentive and professional during all our visits. Loved his energy! Also special mention to the recep team who’s v friendly and communicative on WhatsApp. Will recommend doctor mark to pawrents considering this clinic

Been to this clinic for a couple of times. My dear dog, JJ went for a stomach operation. Their professionalism and knowledge speaks well above all. It is a clinic that house a group of doctors and staffs who is passionate and caring. Their mentality is open and gracious. Their thoughts is all about the well being of the animals. A few days ago, JJ was diagnosed with hip dysplasia. Dr. Liu Dong Tai was so committed and advised us on the foreseeable of JJ condition. By opting the least expensive yet non abrasive approach before last resort of any surgery. Their after care service is tremendously good. It is heartfelt warm and care whenever they send messages to check on JJ's condition.

We brought a wounded community cat who lost one whole nail to the clinic on 31 Dec. Was attended to by Dr Talitha Tumboimbela who was very gentle and tender in handling the (very nervous) cat. She was very professional in explaining problem and the treatment to us, and most importantly mindful that this is a community cat so the treatment should be the best yet easiest method for all of us, including the kitty. The clinic followed up on the cat’s condition via text 3 days after. Impressive experience and if I have to visit again (hopefully not!), I’d be sure to go back to United Vet.
