I am very happy with the service received. As a first time owner of a feline, the staff at the counter were helpful, the wait time was short (please make an appointment) and the doctor was very patient and understanding of the situation. It made me feel very comfortable. They also offered me a service to trim my cat's nails which I gladly accept. I was also taught how to feed my cat medication. Before I left, they told me that if I had any questions, I could simply message them for free. I will definitely go back to this vet if my cat has issues again. (hopefully not)

Amazing service! Their follow up was extremely good, which is what I deem as one of the most important factors for preferred choice of vets. The team has a responsive channel to communicate concerns between owners and vets, which ensures that the pets can recover fully with proper guidance along the way. Beyond impressed with the team!

A very pleasant experience indeed. Sent my pet feline yesterday for the first time. And from the counter staff to the doc herself, they were all professionals with a capital P. Counter staff was courteous, knowledgeable & friendly. Exceptional service by the attending vet (forgot her name). She took the time & effort to explain in details. She was never huried in attending to the feline furry unlike our previous vet from a well know veterinary. Town Vet is the best vet my family has come across. Will make them the vet we go to now, for sure.
