Instructor Haaziq is the best Calisthenics instructor in Singapore!!! He is able to teach complete beginners the fundamentals of calisthenics with emphasis on the correct form and technique of workouts. So much fun and good vibes every session!! I would totally recommend Start Station to anyone who wants to get into fitness and/or bodyweight training like Calisthenics. There are progressions for every fitness level: Instructor Haaziq uses resistance bands, blocks, parallettes, and gymnastics rings will be used for different progressions to vary the difficulty level. I was a total beginner but now I am able to do the cool Calisthenics moves thanks to Start Station classes!!!
