Math Academy

Mr Ang is a very kind and patient teacher. He takes the time to clarify our doubts, minor as they may be. He attends to all students individually during his lessons, and this is helpful in understanding complex questions which require cross-questioning to fully grasp. His simple way of explaining things made H2 math seem easy and manageable (his notes are incredibly organised and have broken each topic into sub question types). Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality math tutoring to secure that A in math for A levels.

All the lessons and notes for every topic were very useful for me, and I could clarify my doubts during or after lesson. My tutor also patiently explains to me any doubts that I have and so I could ask any question without hesitating. Also we could attend the class via zoom which was quite convenient at times when we couldn't attend the lesson. The notes had all the important formulas and common types of questions and past year questions which allowed me to get better at certain topics.

I’ve been with math academy since sec 1 and all the way till j2, and i’m so thankful to have been under their guidance for all 6 years! Initially I used to be really afraid of math as I was weak in it but slowly I started to gain more confidence and got better at it, consistently getting As. The resources and notes provided are really useful as it gives a wide exposure to a variety of questions, and also tips on how to tackle certain topics. All the teachers there are also really friendly too!
