Very thankful to have met Store manager Xiao Lan who made my shopping trip much easier. She went the extra mile to help me call the vendor to obtain a 2nd train set to ensure the train we purchased could be converted to a reversible train. She also allowed me to return an earlier piece with store credit even though I had misplaced the receipt. Very appreciative of her help this afternoon. Thank you Xiao Lan!

A very huge outlet and my kids enjoyed getting lost with all the toys. Well managed with ample staff around. All aisles are clean and signages were everywhere... I've been to some outlets and it was hard to locate the price tags. The selection of toys are huge and always happy to see other kids playing with various toys that are placed out as samples. Two thumbs up.

We have been coming here to shop for toys for years. Always able to fulfill the kids needs and what we need to get for gifts for children.
