Had a wonderful experience shopping here. My boyfriend wanted to get me a gift here during Christmas last year and we were attended to professionally by Selina. She was patient and her service was great! We purchased Tiffany heart pendant with diamond. However, upon unboxing, we noticed that there's some scratches on the pendant and hence we went back for assistance on this matter. Was served professionally by Selina again and she helped us to do an exchange for this. The necklace tarnishes / turns 'black/brown' easily as it is silver, went for cleaning twice, served by other SAs and the experience was great as well! Thank you Tiffany & Co (Ngee Ann City) for the wonderful shopping experience!
