The shop really defines what is the service excellence. Eugene and other staff there know about the products well(games across different consoles) and are always patient to explain our inquiries. The shop has a good variety of game, and when it runs out of a game, they will help dispatch from other Play-e shops. We can also do the pre-order for the games that are out yet, and they will SMS us when the games arrive. Their price might be the cheapest in the market, but considering the professional service, friendliness and efficiency, the shop definitely delivers excellent customer experiences.

Had a great experience and would like to particularly highlight consultant (filipino guy, sorry forgot his name) who helped me with choosing a product, very well spoken and helpful. I'm really a tech person, so having someone to guide me through was amazing.
