I would like to take a moment to commend Lukas from the Kiddy palace at Bedok Mall outlet for his exceptional customer service. On 23/12/2024, I purchased a toy remote car for my son, but upon opening it, the car didn't function properly. When I returned to the outlet, Lukas was very understanding and courteous. He patiently apologized and thanked me for waiting, and even tried troubleshooting the issue to help fix it. Unfortunately, the controller was malfunctioning, but Lukas immediately arranged for a 1-to-1 exchange. His dedication and helpfulness were truly appreciated. Management, please recognize Lukas for his outstanding service and thank him for going above and beyond!
Kiddy Palace has Pokémon TCG and also One Piece Cards!! The staff is really nice too!! Amazing selection!!
