Excellent and reliable store for all kinds of pre orders. Customer service has really improved alot ! Had a pre order which was slightly more expensive than other retail. But they explained and offered to price matched in the end. Very grateful for the offer!

Brilliant store. Dennis and staff were super helpful and communicative at all stages from pre-order to when stock arrived, payment was due and received & when the item was shipped. Arrived far sooner than expected too. All around great experience!

Good toy store. Preorders and online orders only, no onsite purchase. Purchase pickups only the reason to visit store in person.
