However, after wearing them only a few times, the sole started to come off at the heel due to exposure to wet weather during workouts. I contacted RDRC via email and was impressed by their quick response. They advised me to visit the outlet for an exchange. I want to express my gratitude to the RDRC team, especially George, the Warranty Manager, for their excellent customer service. Although I appreciate the after-sale service, I hope RDRC will relay my feedback to Vivobarefoot to investigate the quality of their products. It's disappointing that the shoes lasted less than a month. Despite this issue, I would consider returning to RDRC for future purchases. Thank you to the RDRC team for their assistance."
