"I purchased the Vivobarefoot Primus Lite Knit shoes from RDRC online on March 2nd and received them promptly on March 4th - excellent delivery speed. However, after wearing them only a few times, the sole started to come off at the heel due to exposure to wet weather during workouts. I contacted RDRC via email and was impressed by their quick response. They advised me to visit the outlet for an exchange. I want to express my gratitude to the RDRC team, especially George, the Warranty Manager, for their excellent customer service. Although I appreciate the after-sale service, I hope RDRC will relay my feedback to Vivobarefoot to investigate the quality of their products. It's disappointing that the shoes lasted less than a month. Despite this issue, I would consider returning to RDRC for future purchases. Thank you to the RDRC team for their assistance."

The largest range is xero shoes, hoka shoes, hats, clothing. It is a very spacious store layout and comfortable to browse and shop. The staff are helpful and will try to get answers to your questions.

Good place to visit before or after your run. There are tables at the back where you can sit and charge your gadgets. Running equipment is quite varied.
