It's my first time buying from RacketHaus. The staff here were friendly and helpful. I came here to get a new racket as my usual racket giving my arm a lot of vibration. The staff gave me good recommendations during the purchase of new racket on the choice that is more arm friendly base on the racket softness, string choice and recommandated tension. I like especially the sticker they put on the racket that keeps track on the stings tension with date of stringing. This is useful to keep track how well the tension perform in a game.
