We met a staff Evonne at Pick and collect counter around 8.20pm. She was very helpful and examined our badminton rackets carefully. She even brought us to select the grips for the rackets and explained to us the different types of grips to get. Thank you Evonne for being so patient with us.

when we were looking for scooters and rollerblades, we were assisted by a fine young man by the name of Ashish. He is friendly, approachable and patient with us. He gave us good advice on how to choose the right equipment for the rider. It is a pleasant way to shop with a Good young man like him.

Monette and Jo have really been helpful in buying back a cycle I recently purchased. I had issues with my receipt and they helped me out. Very patient and understanding.
