The new store is much bigger. I juz pick-up my 3rd online order. All staff are warm & friendly. They also helped me with a refund order that I ordered wrongly. Kudos to the Sembawang Team.
Was having hard time to find the right size for cycling helmet, as it was physically out of stock for all the outlets I went to (stadium, orchard, Joo Koon) out of desperation due to last-minute group cycling, I visited Sun Plaza outlet. One particular staff( Fitra I think that’s her name) stands out for showing exceptional initiative to assist me finding the right helmet. She assisted me to locate and make purchase of the helmet and make 2 hours collection possible. Just wanted to say thank you to the friendly staff from Sun Plaza especially Fitra so I will not miss out my last minute group cycling well done guys.
