I can’t say enough how excellent the service was by staff Lay Yong. It was my first time shopping for winter boots and was at a loss as to the appropriate model to buy and whether I should size up. Lay Yong came and had a feel of my toes and provided the necessary guidance from there. It saved me so much time and stress. She was knowledgeable, and very patient and polite the whole time.
