A localised small and well designed neighborhood shopping centre that has all the essential and necessary stores and a kopitiam situated at level one that serves the needs of residents staying nearby as well as workers from nearby working estate. Has all the essential stores example barber shop, saloon, bakery, supermarket (NTUC Fair price), wet market (Lucky Market) and a eatery (Kopitiam).

lot of shops in there, including a small compact supermarket with a lot of varieties. There's also a wet market downstairs that sells fresh produce. There used to be a coffee shop downstairs, but it's currently under renovation. There is also a barber and several mamashop downstairs.
