The closest place to an abandoned area in Sembawang, Singapore! This mart, although less frequented, is still a safe refuge for people to head to the NTUC or the Koufu hawker Centre at Level 3 and 1 respectively. It is small yet offers most food items and essentials that many other nearby NTUC's have for an affordable price.

A localised small and well designed neighborhood shopping centre that has all the essential and necessary stores and a kopitiam situated at level one that serves the needs of residents staying nearby as well as workers from nearby working estate. Has all the essential stores example barber shop, saloon, bakery, supermarket (NTUC Fair price), wet market (Lucky Market) and a eatery (Kopitiam).

Neighbourhood mall and there is few convenience store and Fairprice . Can get almost every household item there . And I’m grateful to have a wet pasar nearby
