Not only did she provide me with the information I needed, but she also took the time to ensure that I understood everything clearly and answered all of my follow-up questions promptly. Her level of professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction truly stood out to me. I am also incredibly impressed by the exceptional customer service I received from Ms Wong Fung.
