Excellent service from Bryan and his colleague. Bryan patiently showed me the different unit sizes available and guided me every step of the way in the rental process. I made a special request for the activation of the code and Bryan went out of his way to assist. The storage facilities are well maintained. One thing to improve is to provide more trolleys. There are only 3 trolleys available. During times when moving companies move a lot of stuff for their clients into and out of the storage, they used all the 3 trolleys. Leaving no trolley for others. All in, very good experience at Extra Space Kallang !

Very pleasant experience! Jessica helped me book an aircon storage space that was just right. She was great :) Trolleys are available if you need help moving your stuff and 24/7 access makes life that much easier. So far so good.

Super helpful and accommodating staff, especially Evangeline and Vincent. Storage facility is clean and secure. Would recommend if you need to store any of your belongings.
