Gan Eng Seng School is a co-educational secondary school in Bukit Merah, Singapore. It is one of the oldest schools in Singapore, and Philanthropist Gan Eng Seng founded it. Gan Eng Seng School's vision is Excellence, Standing and Significance. The school's mission is to nurture the best in each student and strive from ever onwards. Gan Eng Seng School follows the five primary core values to develop students as respectful citizens. Their school Normal Course is a nationwide 4-year programme leading to the Singapore-Cambridge GCE Normal Level examination, which runs either the Normal (Academic) or Normal (Technical) curriculum. The teachers and support staff have also worked hard to ensure that teaching and learning continue in a safe environment. GESS provides four CCA categories: uniformed groups, sports and games, performing arts, clubs and societies. They provide platforms for Gessians to apply their leadership skills.
