Arriving here as an Ex-Pat, I have been dealing with a lady by the name of Pet for the last 2.5 years who helped me & my partner find a rental property & also deal with our renewal. Pet & her husband are a pleasure to deal with, personally collecting me to take me to my selected rental properties & then helping to negotiate the rental $. I cannot thank them enough for their continued great service whenever we have a problem within the unit from air-conditioning to the fridge, they have been faultless with being the link to the owner. Super responsive via Whatsapp & nothing ever seems an issue for Pet to follow-up. Will continue to use their team to help me with my property needs for as long as I live in Singapore.
