Tampines Eco Green

Took green line to Tampines MRT Station to start a walk to explore Tampines Eco Green. From the station, took a short walk towards blue line station. Deviate towards Tampines Park, walked through the park, crossed the road and there was construction work going on on one side of Tampines Eco Green. The terrain in Eco Green was relatively flat with a clear trail about 2km for walking and goes into a loop to complete near the entrance where the signage stood. The air is fresh and a nice place for exploration.

Good for peaceful morning walks. The nature trail is easy to follow and it has a serene view. There are chickens and all sorts of birds, and mushrooms sprouting on the tree logs. The grass and trees are not trimmed so it feels more natural. The pond and swamp areas add biodiversity to the garden.

One of my favorite parks! It has beautiful rustic charm of nature, calm ponds, giant bamboo tres, chirping birds, squirrels, monitor lizards and sometimes, spot a family otters.
