Had been receiving treatments from nail palace all these years, staff here are all well-skilled and professional. The gelish polish nails done are usually very lasting and stay well. Extremely happy with Alicia and Chereen in my most recent visit and outlets are mostly convenience. Thank you for the services.

It's a great experience I have cause it was very first time to get the manicure. I love my first manicure that she (Alicia) made for me. Christmas vibe is always my fav each year! I said I trusted her to draw the Christmas art for me. And the result was Thank you so much Alicia.

Have a great experience at nail palace. Staff were nice and Erica had do my nails very similar to the nail art given. Recommended.

I went for my first visit at the Tampines outlet, and had my gel polish removal done by Mia, who was very meticulous and passionate about her work. She patiently explains whatever that she is doing and also generously shared tips on nail care. She was warm and friendly to talk to. Her colleague Annie is also very friendly and sincere. With the great service experienced and non-toxic options available here, this outlet will be my top choice for my next manicure. Thank you Mia and Annie!

Tried The Nail Arcadia's new lash services two days back and am loving my extensions! Lash technician was attentive to my request and made recommendation based on my eye shape and requirements. Process was quick and comfortable with no discomfort to my sensitive eyes too. Will definitely revisit for future extensions. :)

They were upfront about additional costs because we wanted to do sand polish. It was too gorgeous not to choose that nail colour. They were helpful in picking colours suitable for my darker skin tone. My feet feels so smooth, but not overly-scrubbed. Everything was great! A cucumber scrub was even included in the pedicure pricing! I would definitely recommend and be a returning customer! :)

I had a lovely classic gel pedicure at The Nail Arcadia. The shop has a bright and clean look, with teal and pink accents. Very pretty! After sharing some photos and telling her the type of design that I wanted, Denise was very professional in advising colour combinations that would get me the outcome I wanted. I'm very happy with my pedicure, and will definitely be back again!
