My first time at Springleaf Nature Park. It’s about 5 mins walk from Springleaf MRT. It’s a 1.5 hours walk to Lower Seletar Reservoir. The place is quiet and you can hear the birds chirping. There’s a spot for birdwatching. The river connects to the reservoir and the view is great. There are runners and cyclists but not over crowded (yet!). Spotted a otter . There are plenty of water lilies and they are beautiful.
It is a nice long walking stretch. I started from Lower Seletar Reservoir with the PCN connecting to Spring Leaf Nature Park with nice jogging trail along the canal. Witnessed an amazing sunset. It is a nice walk. Will try going all the way to Upper Reservoir next time or Thomson Nature Park. Haven't explored that yet
Serene and peaceful park with lots of beautiful mature trees and plants. Situated next to a canal that is connected to the Lower Seletar Reservoir, there are plenty of wildlife to look out for, including squirrel, monitor lizard, and even an occasional green snake. A good place to immerse in nature for a walk and run.
