MOUNT FABER PARK
Since 1965
“Mount Faber Park provides a panoramic view of the Central Area's increasingly dense central business district. The park features numerous amenities for individuals and families looking to spend time outdoors. Mural Wall and Faber Point are the unique features of the park. Mount Faber Park's dense secondary rainforest is a habitat for raptors such as Black Bazas, Oriental Honey Buzzards, Chinese Sparrowhawks, Changeable hawk eagles, and White-bellied Sea Eagles. Visitors can also explore the heritage walk, which provides insights into the park's rich history and natural heritage. The park offers hiking trails, including the Marang Trail. This short but challenging route has a 70-meter elevation gain, equivalent to a 24-story building, making it an excellent option for a cardiovascular workout. The Marang Trail begins at the hill's base near the Seah Im Food Centre carpark. The 700-meter footpath and staircase can typically be completed in about 15 minutes. Mount Faber Park offers free parking facilities for visitors.”
