The young lady asked if I want to collect later as my file is huge and offered a plastic bag for my thick printout when she saw me struggling to put in my bag. She even runs after me to return my thumb drive which I forgot to take after payment at counter. Will visit again for my printing needs.
I had to do a rushed printing job for a poster, and the staff was very helpful and quick to respond! From the time of call to collecting my print was only 3 hours, and my print was still of good quality and no issues. Truly appreciate their professionalism in assisting me as needed, and will definitely come back for future printing.
needed several pieces of artwork printed for an assignment, got it done pretty smoothly. turnover time was fast, each print job (colored A3) took about <2 mins and the quality of the prints were really good. no complaints overall, staff could be a little friendlier though. store is really easy to spot!
