Visited this shop after having a horrendous experience at the photo shop in PLQ. And wow, the service here in Bedok Mall is 100% better! The staff was cheerful and helpful. Even though the shop was packed, the staff approached me after she was done helping the previous customer, and assisted me at the self service machine. Photos turned out exactly the same as the ones in the phone. Printing quality was as well! Highly recommended!
The staffs were welcoming and friendly. The older lady was very patient with us while we tried to keep my toddler from looking/moving around on the seat while trying to get his picture taken. Kudos to them for the great service.
Staff Valerie from FOTO EXPRESS BASMENT BEDOK MALL was very patient and accommodated to my ridiculous request by helping to cut along time lines for all my documents. She deserves the recognition.
