I made a request for a customized product and was delightfully served by Ms Xin Tong. Although my business was very small, she provided professional and impeccable service and treated me with utmost respect and kindness. There was a very minor issue requiring adjustment, which wasn't her fault, which I personally identified, as a backend issue. Ms Xin Tong was quick and clever to find a way around the issue and within mins, she presented me w the product adjusted to my satisfaction. I am very satisfied with the final product. I highly recommend Fatty Print to anyone needing printing svcs. And I hope Fatty Print keeps Xin Tong for a long long time.
